The theme was fondue, so I started with soy-marinated duck cooked in oil, with pickled radish and peanut sauce. For the main course, I had an array of pork tenderloin, fillet mignon, gulf shrimp and vegetables that we cooked in a beef stock and red wine broth. Chad finished us off with fruit dipped in a caramel/white chocolate concoction paired with some bubbly.
