Garrett WalkerOk, I've been given the following career advice twice now: don't waste time "working" on your weaknesses - instead, sell your strengths and outsource your weaknesses. The problem with so-called "self-help" programs is that they try to get you to fix your weaknesses. If I could fix my weaknesses, I wouldn't need self-help books :) This applies to your personal life too. Don't try to change who you are, change your problems to fit your lifestyle. More on this next week, I've got to pack the snorkel gear.
